Pregnancy After Loss offers a wonderful article on 10 Ways to Support a Bereaved Parent and provides ideas on how to show care and support. If you know someone who is struggling, consider taking a read and consider one of their suggestions. However, know that grief and loss is unique to each person and family, so while these suggestions can be considered, be mindful that sometimes simply offering your condolences, checking in, and asking if there is anything you can do to help can be all the support needed.
